About the workshop:
The purpose of this four-day intensive workshop is to teach participants basics of writing  EU projects. Whether participants are novices or have some experience related to EU projects, our experienced lecturer will teach them tips and tricks, both from the point of view of the applicant and the evaluator. Once the knowledge of project management is gained, it becomes easier to look for opportunities and attract various resources. In four days participants write a project from a scratch, learning the necessary steps, pitfalls along the way and how to avoid them.

Particular aims of the workshop are to learn the following:

• Various EU funding opportunities
• Shaping the project idea and project proposal
• Project planning – tips and tricks
• Organisation of the project execution
• Evaluation, monitoring and dissemination of the results
• Financial management of the project
• Necessary project documentation
