 Mrs Radinović Hajdič is the executive manager of the Open University Jesenice in Slovenia. She holds a Master's degree in management in education from Manchester Metropolitan University. Having a long term experience in EU project management related to higher education and life-long learning, she herself wrote over 20 successful projects, both for her institution and other organizations in Slovenia. Her recent success was a 3 year project written for Slovenian Unions that brought them 270.000 euros for the promotion of social dialogue.
On top of that she works as the evaluator of life-long learning EU projects for Slovenia. Recently she has been appointed by the European Commission to the expert team responsible for development of new Grundtvig actions. As the expert in EU project management, she held over 25 EU Project Cycle Management workshops in Slovenia, Macedonia and Croatia. Thanks to her knowledge, Open University in Jesenice finances 80% of its activities through EU funds, and success rate of her projects has been over 90%.
Mrs. Radinović Hajdič was a project manager in:
- SOCRATES GRUNDTVIG 1 project, involving 10 partners from 6 countries
- SOCRATES COMENIUS project 6 partners from 4 countries
- SOCRATES GRUNDTVIG 2 project
- E-LEARNING project – 15 partners from 10 countries
- European Social Fund project – Regional Life Long Learning centre - 10 domestic partners
Moreover, she was a project manager in partner institutions in various LEONARDO DA VINCI, SOCRATES GRUNDTVIG, SOCRATES COMENIUS, COMMUNITY INTIATIVE E Q U A L projects.
